Role Efficiency Scale

This instrument comprises 10 dimensions and 20 statements that reflect employees’ Role Efficiency Index that represents a percentage of their potential effectiveness in their organisational role. A high percentage indicates that employees perceive that in their role you have a great deal of opportunity to be effective. The dimensions include Centrality, Integration, Proactivity, Creativity, Inter-role Linkage, Helping Relationships, Super-ordination, influence, Growth, and Confrontation.
