Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Management

The instrument embedded in Real Check comprises 60 statements to garner employee feedback on how conflicts are resolved in the organisation. Given that each of the five resolution styles can be effective relative to the importance of the issue and the extent the relationship is valued by the conflict parties, the garnered feedback will be helpful for organisations to learn that they can and should be situational with their conflict resolution styles instead of being fixated to one style. Organisations will discover their primary conflict resolution style in either being Competing, Compromising, Avoiding, Accommodating, and Collaborating.
